Returns

Every poster is printed to order and made for one specific pet, so we can't take back buyer's-remorse returns the way a clothing store can. That said, if something's wrong we make it right.

When we refund or reprint

Email hello@mdposter.com within 14 days of delivery if:

• The poster arrives damaged in shipping.
• The print quality doesn't match what you saw on screen.
• We made a mistake with your order (wrong size, wrong finish).

Include a photo of the issue. We'll reprint and reship at no charge, or refund in full — your choice. No need to mail the damaged poster back.

When we can't refund

Because each poster is custom, we can't refund if you simply changed your mind after approving and paying. You'll see the finished poster on screen before you pay, so make sure you love it then.

Refund method

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
