Plain English: we collect what we need to ship you a poster, and nothing more. This page tells you exactly what, why, and for how long.

What we collect

• Your name and email (for order confirmation and support).
• Your shipping address (to deliver the poster).
• The photo you upload (to produce the poster).
• Your payment details — entered on Stripe's servers, never stored on ours.
• Basic analytics (page views, device type) to help us improve the site. No advertising identifiers.

How we use it

We use the information above for one thing: fulfilling your order. That includes transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates) and customer support if you write in.

Who we share with

We use a small number of trusted services to run the business. Each one sees only what it needs:

• Stripe — processes your payment.
• Gelato — prints and ships your poster. Receives your name, shipping address, and the finished image.
• Postmark — sends order and shipping emails. Receives your email address and order details.
• Cloudflare R2 — stores your photo and finished poster during production.

We never sell your data to anyone, ever.

Photo retention

Your uploaded photo is deleted from our systems within 30 days of shipping. We keep the finished poster image longer so we can resend order confirmations and handle support requests.
